WINE TASTING PARTY WINTER PARK - ORLANDO
We enjoy after hour wine tasting parties almost as much as our clients have in the past. We like groups of 10 to 20 people to call or come by the winery to schedule an event. Typically a wine tasting party lasts from one and a half to two hours. Unless you have also scheduled a wine making party which would add about another hour after the tasting. We offer a paring of fruits, cheeses, crackers and chocolates if requested. Prices are $15 to $25 per person depending on choices of what is offered.
During the Party
We introduce the winery and our practices to the group. Explaining how the winery operates and all different variatal wines we create. We then begin the tasting of approximately two fruit wines, ten full bodied red and white wines, and several dessert wines. The list would include such Red Wines as Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, Chilean Merlot, Oregon Yamhill Pinot Noir, Old Vines Zinfandel, Chateau Du Pays, Italian Amarone, Rosso Fortissimo. Also White Wines such as Viognier, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, German Riesling, Gewuztraminer, and California Chardonnay. Then it’s time for the Desert Wines such as Ice Wine, Red Ice Wine and Orange Muscat.
Eating, Drinking and Having Fun!!
We recommend eating food with the wine tasting. Clensing the pallet helps taste the full characteristics of the different wines and also keeps you in an upright position, haha.
And of course learning about why different wines are best from different regions of the world. But mostly it is smelling, tasting and deciding your preference of wines. Socializing with the group and having fun.
