Lodi Old Vines Zinfandel California

Fermentation on the skins and all the natural solids from over 10 pounds of virgin Zinfandel grapes. Exhibits layers of multidimensional delight. Up front fruit aromas are followed by exotic spice and end with unmistakable black pepper sensation. Blackberry, dark cherry, and suggestions of blueberry, raspberry, cranberry, dried plum, chocolate, almond & spice.

Chateau Du Pays

Fermentation on the skins and all the natural solids from over 10 pounds of 3 Yakima Valley grape varieties. In the style of the Rhone Valley, a blend of: Pinot Noir from Europe and Merlot, Syrah & Cabernet Franc from Washington’s Yakima Valley.

South Africa  Pinotage

From the Breede River Valley region, in the district of Worcester and ward of Nuy, situated on the slopes of the Keeromsberg Mountains, 6800 ft. above sea level. First created in South Africa, by crossing Pinot Noir and Cinsault grapes. A 2 liter pack of virgin, Pinotage skins and solids heighten characteristics. Black pepper, red currant, vanilla, spice, cedar, toasted hazelnuts, cherry, and banana. Beautifully balanced. Medium, soft tannins.

Italian Amarone

A legendary, assertive wine from the Valpolicella area in northern Italy. Its uniqueness and character come from the addition of partially sun- dried grapes. Dried grapes boost flavor concentration and create an intensity not found in regular wines. An additional 14 pounds of virgin grapes produces the port-like intensity. Full-bodied. Plum, sour cherry, raspberry and vanilla flavors. Notes of anise, bitter chocolate, coffee, tobacco, leather & fig. High alcohol content allow for cellaring of up to 5 years.

Rosso Fortissimo
Inspired by “Super-Tuscan” wines of Tuscany, native Italian grapes and traditional Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Cabernet Franc are the foundation. Big, full-bodied solid structure and bold fruit notes.

Global Cuvée Poussé Blanc

An exclusive blend, based upon Chardonnay from the Americas blended with special selections from Europe and California. Fresh and fruity with subtle acid. Suggestions of apple and peat A big wine with easy drinking qualities.

Global Cuvée Chardonnay - Semillon

Chardonnay from 2 continents provides the backbone for this wine. We then marry these Chardonnays with fine California Semillon to produce a full bodied wine in the style made so popular in Australia. Displays tropical pineapple and citrus aromas. Soft and lush on the palate, with buttery richness with apple and pear flavours persisting to a lingering finish. Light gold in colour. The oak gives a rich, rounded mouth feel and contributes a light, toasty vanilla note to the wine.

Italian Pinot Grigio

A star variety from the Alto Adige area of northern most Italy. Medium bodied. Lively, fresh citrus notes. Rich gold colour. Subtle spiciness. Lots of appeal! Usually enjoyed young.

Viognier “Delightful Aromatic White”

First introduced as a 2003 Limited Release, we received such a positive response that it now is a regular item. The wine displays velvet softness and a full lingering finish, achieved by our Natural Flavour Reserve, made from almost one litre of grape juice. There are no artificial flavours or non-grape botanicals used in this wine—only the natural goodness of the grape. Ready to enjoy in a couple of months and should be consumed within none months.

Classic Port Style

 In the Portuguese tradition, this wine is made from a blend of several grape varieties including indigenous grapes from southwest Europe. Intense fruit character and depth of flavour at bottling. Like all ports however, you'll be rewarded if you can set some bottles aside for a year or two. The kit produces up to 17.5% alcohol. Brandy may be added to elevate the alcohol even further and add to the true Port taste.

Orange Muscat

White Port style with natural orange essence. Exudes aromas of orange and spice. Flavours of honey, orange, and lychee. intense. Serve chilled.
